Day 2 of 2 week long break during which I am planning to stay away from any news. On a 2 hour walk in forest this morning, listened to a podcast called “Cocktail college”. Learned a lot about origin and best practices for making a Martini, Boulevardier and Lemon drop. Have a lot of things to try out next time I mix cocktails.
